The lineup creation process can be done at any time, and users can submit their lineup to more than one contest. Although it is a drafting process, the customers create their lineups by themselves and not in a traditional snake draft.

Lighting Lineups

The “Lightning Lineups” contest mode is one of the most creative contests in the DFS market, as users can choose the best three-person pre-set lineup out of three options to score the most point. If customers don’t like any of the three options, they can select “spin,” and the app will generate three more lineups to choose from.

Users are not competing with other players in this mode, as they will win as long as their selected lineup outscores the other two. The payout system is on a multiplier, so the more lineups the user decides to compete against, the higher the payout. For example, a $10 entry with just three lineups would have a multiplier of 2.25, so the payout would be $22.50 on a win.

Weekly Bracket

The longest contest offered by OwnersBox are “Weekly Bracket” contests that last seven days and are H2H competitions. This mode features a live snake draft and has more of a traditional fantasy sports feel but is condensed into one week. Users can select competitions based on the number of players or payouts, and they also have the option to create their own contests that are private to them and whoever they may invite.

Each contest may have different roster sizes or fantasy point systems, so it is always important to read the contest details before entering, as some events could also be tournaments. Within each contest, there are a limited amount of games a player can earn points from, which are called “game opportunities,” and these vary depending on the position of the player drafted.

OwnersBox Payment And Withdrawal Options

Making the payment and withdrawal process easy on customers is an integral part of all DFS and sportsbook apps, and while the OwnersBox app features the most popular payment method, it could certainly use an upgrade in terms of available options. Currently, customers can only make a deposit through either online banking or with a credit/debit card.
