Users can make a withdrawal their wallet on the Vivid Picks app, and if they would like a check through the mail, they will need to provide their address.
Customers can download the Vivid Picks app from either the App Store or Google Play Store.
Since it is regulated and licensed, the Vivid Picks app can be trusted by customers.
The Vivid Picks DFS app joined a rapidly growing market back in 2022 as the ticket company Vivid Seats decided to expand into the fantasy sports world. Customers can find and download the product on either IOS or Android devices through either the App Store or Google Play Store. The product is legal in a wide range of states that include AR, AK, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, KA, KY, MA, MN, NE, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VT, WI, and WY.
Since the product has not been in the market for a long period of time, the overall reputation of the product has yet to fully take form. More DFS products are made available regularly, so it takes a lot to stand out from the crowd, and this app has yet to offer anything that would help it stand out.
The app does have a very user-friendly layout with an interactive element and offers a level of simplicity that would be ideal for a customer that is new to the DFS world. It does not take long to get comfortable with the product and understand the ins and outs of everything, which is a big positive since some products try to do too much and end up hurting themselves.
In terms of contests available, this product only offers a picks contest across a nice range of sports, but daily drafts and other DFS contests are not available. The other area in this app that does not have a lot of options is payment methods, as customers have only a few options to choose from for both deposits and withdrawals. These are two areas that will need to be addressed in order for the product to grow.
The Vivid Picks app offers one contest style in the form of picks, which is a very common DFS contest. Customers can toggle through the available games for the day and choose whether or not a player will go over or under a certain statistical category. The more picks a customer makes, the higher their payout would be with a win.
All of these contests are short-term, so only last the length of a given day, and they can be played across a number of sports and leagues. Those leagues/sports include the NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, NCAAB, NCAAF, golf, soccer, WNBA, Nascar, F1, League of Legends, and CS:GO.
Customers can find a different range of picks for a given game, and some games might offer matchups that allow customers to choose between which specific player will have more of a given stat. For example, if Jimmy Butler will have more assists than Jaylen Brown. Customers can choose to make picks from the big board of a sport or for a specific game, and each entry can have a max of five picks and a minimum of two.
DFS apps and products are not known to offer a wide range of payment methods, and that is made pretty evident with the Vivid Picks app. Currently, customers have two deposit methods, as they can fund their accounts through either online banking or debit/credit cards. Online banking and a check through the mail are the only withdrawal option available on the product.
Users have a minimum deposit of $5 and a daily deposit limit of $1,000. The maximum amount of money a customer can deposit into their account per week is $5,000, and for the month, it is $10,000. When it comes to withdrawals, it usually takes around 3-5 days for requests to be processed, and if using a check through mail withdrawal, customers must provide an address, and the minimum amount they can request is $15.
If customers end up winning more than $600 or more over a year of using the product, then they will be required to provide the app with their social security number in order to receive those winnings. Overall this product could use some improvements in this area in order to take the next step, but compared to the rest of the market it is not far behind.

Fantasy sports fanatics looking to download the Vivid Picks app can find it on either the App Store or Google Play Store. Currently, on the Google Play Store, the product has a 3.8 out of 5-star rating on 356 reviews, and it has a 3.3 out of 5-star rating on the App Store.
Once the app is downloaded, customers will find that simplicity is a resounding theme with the product. The simple layout makes the product incredibly user-friendly, which allows for the adjustment time on using a new product to be minimal.
In our time with the product under a stable internet connection, we experienced no responsiveness issues. No matter how much time we spent on the product, we did not have any issues with lagging or freezing. Customers will not have to worry about losing their picks due to glitching or other issues, which puts the focus solely on making winning picks and enjoying the app.
Vivid Picks does have a website, but customers are unable to actually make picks or do any of the same functions they could on the app. The product’s site is more for information, as users can find the FAQ page or contact customer support from it.
If there is any confusion about how to use the product, the website is a good place for customers to check out, so they can learn the ins and outs.
In our time reviewing and using DFS apps, we’ve found that some of them try to do so much that it takes away from the product and makes it unappealing. That is not the case with the Vivid Picks app, as the product offers a very simple app with an easy-to-navigate layout and easy-to-understand contests.
Now with that said, the product could use another contest style or two in order to keep pace with most of the top DFS products. Adding in a daily draft option would be a nice addition to this product with its already ideal design and simplicity. The interactive nature of the app that allows customers to see what entries other players are making is a cool addition we appreciated.
We enjoyed our time on the product, but there are improvements that need to be made in order for us to use the app the same amount as some of the top-tier DFS products. These improvements are certainly doable as well, as adding more payment options and maybe a live chat customer service feature may make the product more well-rounded.
