In terms of customer service and support betParx Sportsbook offers a wide range of FAQ sections that may answer any questions a customer might be having about the app. There are 13 different sections pertaining to all sorts of concerns or questions a customer may have.

If the FAQ page doesn’t answer a question customers can also message the customer service support center which is only available from 10:00 AM through 12:00 midnight ET every day so they do not offer 24/7 support. A customer could also email the customer support email if they don’t want to speak with the live chat team. Customers currently don’t have the option to call and speak to someone over the phone.

To find the customer support area on the app customers must go to the “more” tab and select “Help Center” once this is selected the customer is redirected off the app and onto the website.

When it comes to responsible gaming tools and information betParx Sportbooks does a nice job of offering a plethora of options to establish responsible gaming practices along with information on getting help with a gambling problem.

Under the “more” tab on the app and website, the customer can find the responsible gaming section. In this section, the customer can set deposit limits, bet limits, time limits, timeouts, and even the option to permanently close out an account.

Customers are also given the option to find a hotline they can call regarding a sports gambling problem. The phone number’s given can be used to call a specific state's gambling problem hotline or the DDAP hotline and website.

Mobile Betting With betParx Sportsbook

The betParx Sportsbook app is laid out in a very simple way. The app has five different tabs on the bottom that can lead you to either the casino, sportsbook, account tab, promotions tab, or the “more” tab that features the help center. Unlike other sportsbook apps the first tab a customer sees when the app is opened is the online casino tab.

The promotions for both the casino and sportsbook are easy to find as they are displayed nicely at the top of each page with appealing graphics.

Despite its simple layout at times the sportsbook can feel hard to navigate due to everything being forced onto one tab. It may take time to look for a specific game because of the crowded nature.

At times we experienced some lagging and app crashes while the app was verifying our location. Outside of these few incidents, the app ran quickly and efficiently no matter what function was being used.

Downloading The betParx Sportsbook App

When downloading the betParx Sportsbook the process is a tad bit different than other major sportsbooks. The app can be downloaded on any device with an Android or IOS operating system, however, once in the app store customers need to make sure to download the app specific to their state.

Customers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey will need to download the app that has their state abbreviation in the title. Users in Michigan can find the app under Play Gun Lake in the app store, it will have a slightly different layout than the main app but it is still operated by betParx.

Web Platform

The betParx Sportsbook website looks identical to the app and is very simple to use. The display tabs are clear and easy to navigate with solid response time.

Just like with the app the sportsbook section can feel crowded since everything is on one tab but its overall appearance is efficient and simple just like the app. The website doesn’t offer anything different than the app outside of being on a bigger layout.
