Offering two different new customer promotions to choose from is a solid way to garner more customers for the Proline+, but at the end of the day, neither promo stacks up particularly well amongst other sportsbooks on the market. With that said, they are still worth taking advantage of depending on the customers' preference on which one they like more.
Both promotions can be opted into directly from the “promotions” page on the app, so there is no need to search around for promo codes in order to receive them. The promos are specific to the current playoffs taking place in the NBA and NHL, but that does mean customers need to bet just on those leagues in order to receive their bonuses.
How to Sign Up with Proline+ App?
The sign-up process for the Proline+ app is very simple and allows customers to get to the fun quickly.
Download the product from either the App Store or Google Play Store.
Select “Sign Up” and enter your email address to begin the process of creating an account.
Customers can then enter all of their personal information and create their username and password.
Once that is completed, customers can then fill out information on their residence and their birthdate.
After the product confirms a customer's address and identity, they can make their first deposit and begin playing.

Other Promotions And Rewards
Aside from boosted bets across multiple major leagues, the Proline+ app does not offer much for existing customers in terms of promotions. Everything under the “promotions” tab is for new customers to take advantage of and to use when signing up. No matter if it’s for the casino or sportsbook, existing customers will not find consistent promos.
If we count the boosted bets as promos, then customers can take advantage of those on a daily basis. At the end of the day, though, most sportsbooks on the market offer a very similar type of boosted bet option, so this will not help the product stand out in any way nor give customers who casually bet based on promotions any sort of incentive to sign in daily.
Existing customers also do not have access to any sort of loyalty or VIP program that they can join in order to garner bonuses or rewards for using the app more. It is not very common to see a government-run sportsbook that is operated by the same company that overlooks all sports betting in Ontario, but that is the case with the Proline+ app. The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission launched the product in 2021, and all of the profits they make go directly to Ontario, which is the only place the app is offered.
Sports bettors in Ontario can download the product from either the App Store or Google Play Store, and they can also access it through its web platform. The product does not have a wide reputation since it is only legal in one province of Canada, but based on reviews of the product on the App Store and Google Play Store, it has some improvements to make before it can make its way to the top of the market.
Any level of sports bettor can appreciate the user-friendly layout and impressive live betting function, but at times the overall responsiveness of the app can take away from these things. If the app is holding up well, stability-wise, customers can enjoy a nice range of betting markets and bet types across over a dozen sports, with local and international leagues offered.
Despite the product offering a nice variety in those areas, it is lacking in terms of payment options, as there are just two deposit methods and withdrawal methods available. This product may be good for new sports bettors, but it will need improvement in multiple areas before it can fully take the next step.

That is just the tip of the iceberg, however, as users can also find a wide range of international leagues in those sports.
Users can wager on nine different sports that also include leagues from all over the globe, and these sports include golf, soccer, tennis, MMA, F1 racing, rugby, boxing, and more. Some of the aforementioned international leagues include the CFL for football, the India Premier League in cricket, and the French Ligue 1 in soccer, amongst many more.
Outside of sports, bettors also have the option to wager on different “novelty” events that vary depending on the time of year. Currently, customers have the option to bet on the 2024 US Presidential election, for example.

Customers that use the Proline+ app have access to a nice range of bet types across all sports and leagues. In terms of actual odds that aren’t boosted, this product leaves more to be desired and does not stack up very well to other sportsbooks in the Ontario market. We found the odds for the NBA playoffs to be drastically better in other sportsbooks, so as always, we recommend keeping various accounts across sportsbooks to ensure you are getting the best odds available.
Live Betting
Live betting can be found on either the Proline+ app or website and offers bettors the ability to wager on a wide range of live markets across plenty of sports and leagues. The live betting platform can be found on the home page of both the app and website and immediately takes customers to all live events.
Once an event is selected, bettors can toggle the different markets and find a game tracker that gives up-to-date play-by-play for the event. The ability to actually live stream and watch events from the product is unavailable.
Proline+ Payment And Withdrawal Options
One of the most disappointing aspects of this product is the selection of payment methods available. Currently, the Proline+ app only offers two deposit methods and one withdrawal method, which does not stack up well with the rest of the sportsbooks available in Ontario. Bettors can deposit with either a Visa or Mastercard credit card with a minimum deposit of $15 for each.
Credit cards are easy to deposit with, but typically we would like to see products offer at least an e-wallet or online banking option just to provide customers with some variety. When it comes to withdrawals, they are all done through e-checks that are directly deposited into the user’s online bank account.
All withdrawals take between 3-5 days to be completed, and there is no minimum withdrawal with this product. In our time with the website, we experienced very few responsiveness issues and overall found that the product held up well no matter how long a betting session was or how many different areas we were clicking around to. The ability to access the live betting page while also always having your betslip on the screen only makes the layout more desirable and worth using.
Overall User Experience - Summary: Proline+
When it comes to layout and design, the Proline+ app is certainly noteworthy and would be an excellent product for someone who is new to sports betting or a customer who does not like a product with a lot of bells and whistles. However, with that said, the lack of competitive odds makes it tough to put this product ahead of the other sportsbooks in the Ontario market.
As great as the live betting feature is, one of the biggest areas in sports betting is getting the best price, and we found it difficult to consistently find the best price on the market for multiple events and games. This could make the app a lot less appealing for serious sports bettors who would like to maximize their profits.
Aside from the odds, the other thing area we would like to see improvement in is the payment methods. In order to stand out or at least compete in a crowded market, these areas are important as many of the other shops do an entirely better job when it comes to offering more payment methods. These are fixable areas, so we are not writing this product off entirely, as if there are improvements made, we could see this app becoming much more competitive in the Ontario market.
