When it comes to customer support in the Circa Sports app there is a clear drop-off between this product and other top sportsbooks on the market. This app and website have a designated section for support and service but are predominantly just an FAQ section and an option to email customer support.

No live chat or phone number options are provided so the only way a customer may speak with a representative is through email. The FAQ page can be found in the customer support tab and does answer generic questions but compared to other competitors this FAQ page is lacking in the number of questions that are answered.
