There were two things that stood out during our time with the NorthStar Bets app. Starting with the positive, the user-friendly nature of the app makes navigating the product and finding the exact markets a customer may be looking for very simple and easy. Whether a customer wants to just roam through the app to see what the odds look like or they have a bet already in mind, they do both things efficiently.

The area that stood out at times in a negative way was the product's responsiveness. We did not run into an issue every time we used the product, but we did experience enough lagging and freezing that it became noticeable on multiple occasions.

Overall, the app's layout and appearance are suitable for any level of sports bettor, but the responsiveness issues do get in the way at times. These issues are always fixable and can be quickly addressed, so we still feel as if the good outweighs the bad in this situation.

In our time with the web platform, we experienced no issues with responsiveness or lagging, no matter how long a given betting session was. We were able to click around to a bunch of different tabs and go back and forth to our betslip, with the platform remaining the same speed the entire time.
