Auston Matthews (Toronto Maple Leafs): Last season, Matthews became the first player from the 2000s to crack the top 20 all-time in regular season goals, 69. The Maple Leafs sniper has only gotten more lethal as the years go on, and he certainly has the chance to become the first player since the 1992-93 season to eclipse the 70-goal marker.
David Pastrnak (Boston Bruins): After clearing the 60-goal mark for the first time in his career during the 2022-23 season, Pastrnak could not repeat that same level of production last season, as he finished with 47 on the year. Pastrnak set a new career high in assists in 2023-24, but if the Bruins want to make a charge for the Stanley Cup, they'll need Pastrnak to bury pucks in the back of the net.
Leon Draisaitl (Edmonton Oilers): Draisaitl is coming off the first Stanley Cup appearance of his career, but he is also coming off his lowest goal total since the 2020-21 season. The Oilers star had consecutive seasons of 50+ goals before finishing with 41 last year. However, after getting a taste of what it was like to play in the Finals, the Oilers and Draisaitl will likely come out highly motivated this season.
